We formed in 2011 to take part in the Scottish Coastal Rowing Project:- a national project encouraging safe and enjoyable wooden boat building, and coastal rowing for fun, fitness and competition with other villages around the coast.

Fort George sits behind its massive grass-topped military defences on an isolated spit of land jutting west into the Moray Firth at Ardersier. It is Britain's last remaining historic monument still used as an active military base.

Ardersier Medical Practice joined with Nairn Medical Practice in 2012 to become Nairn Healthcare Group. Ardersier Medical Practice has been serving the local community since 1945. It is a semi rural practice based in the historic coastal village of Ardersier with over 3500 patients.
